  Nice centrally located hotel, close to the railway station. The city center is not far away. The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George).   We booked a regular double room for 6 nights, but got an upgrade for the suite instead (no extra charge!) due to room planning issues. The suite was lovely. One staff member speaks french quite well, the other staff members a little english. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Clean large room ( room with 8 windows!), large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic with choice of cooked, fruit or selection of cold meats, cheeses, yogurts etc.

  Замечательный отель! Уютный, чистый и спокойный. После долгой дороги был обеспечен там качественный и хороший отдых. Напутал с деньгами при оплате (дал слишком много) - настойчиво поправят, даже если ты упорно не понимаешь свою ошибку; не успеваешь на завтрак – тебе его завернут в дорогу.   the hotel's staff was so kind and helpful like in no other hotel ,i've stayed (and that's a lot) the location just behind the main road and old town. no need of taking the car to go anywhere. internet connection is good .the breakfast is poor but nice.coffee,milk,juice,salami, butter,jam,kaskaval,cheese.i... mitä ihmiset sanovat » mentioned parking while booking and we never had problem although it's so central place. good value for money - The hotel has an amazing location just 2-3 mins walk from the old town, 30 seconds walk to the main shopping street and walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and bars. We asked for one particular room and it was given to us. I read many negative comments on the hotel and I don't really dont know why. It is a very nice and cozy place.

  We were surprised to find Boris Palace immidiately when we entered Plovdiv. Boris, the owner of the hotel, Cristina and the rest stuff helped us with our luggage and parked our car in their private parking. Our room was in the first floor, it was nice, clean, spacious and cosy. Every night we were asked the time we would like to have our breakfast ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » the next morning. Our breakfast was always served in the table making us feeling unique as we didn't have to take a plate and wonder around the restau - excellent location, easy access both to main city sights and shopping, unique design, very friendly owner, wonderful city panorama from the terrace; just a couple of recommendations for future visitors. Make sure you've got comfortable shoes as the pavement of Saborna street is antique and not suitable for high heels; also there is a comfortable parking area just 100 meters from the hotel and it makes sense to use it instead of parking in the nearest narrow side-streets

  Perfection!!! That describes our two night stay at Hotel Hebros. Wonderfully located in the old historic center of Plovdiv, the building itself has a great history.
