  All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel.   Fantastic hotel and close to Copacabana beach and other attractions. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly too. Our room (number 404) was refurbished recently; the sea view was gorgeous; the breakfast very good.
