  All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel.   Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. The Swimingpool area in the 39th floor has a wonderful view of Copacabana, and Sugar loaf!
