The design is of the hotel is really well thought out, the outside bar area in the front of the hostel is a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Really nice showers and bathrooms. All in all a great hostel for a decent price. inner spaces are friendly, fine and clean (spaces and forniture design), room (suite) was small but comfortable. even the brakfast was good, right relationship price/quality. excellent position for visiting the city.

Awesome design, very kindly staff, very clean, good and strategic location (near from Botafogo Shopping, Bus and metro), healthy and delicious breakfast. Totally recommended!!!. The hotel is good located near all facilities including the metro, good neighborhood quite, the suite room was good, clean and new. It is a very uniquely designed hostel - you have to see to understand;. Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood close to the metro. Very friendly place with nice people. The hotel is nicely designed with an open outdoor bar at the entrance. The hotel seems to have been newly refurbished. The deco is nice. We stayed in a private double room which eas nice but a bit pricy for what it was. The hotel is located in Botafogo which is central and half way between Centro, Lapa, Santa theresa and Copacabana. -very stylish, arty design -super friendly staff -close to a metro station, so in lapa and copacobana in no-time -everything is new. Staff was really friendly and helpful, location - two min walk to metro, bus terminal nearby, excellent location for city trip... Location. awful the noise during the night time of the club in front of the hostel, absolutely no acoustic insulation! circulation space inside the room was poor!. -not very good communications among the staff (ex. they wake me up without knowing I had paid for staying longer, ex. I've been given the wrong room initially, ex. some told me the check in was at 12, others told me the check in was at 2pm) -not free drinking water (not even for breakfast). There was some kind of machine making noise which I could hear from the room I was . Luckily more intense during the morning. The air-conditioning; it works, you freeze, it doesn´t, you roast!. Having to go downstairs to the bathroom. aircon off after 9am, so was flooting out of my bed at 10am. most people got home at 6am (carnaval), so do the math for the number of sleeping hours. after request, it was turned off at 10, which at least gave us another hour of sleep. I stayed there in carnival period, but even for that time price around 100USD/night for bed in common room does not look reasonable...
