The owner receives very well his guests and he is very knowledgeable about Natal's best points, restaurants and the best tour guides for a buggy ride. More than a pet friendly stay, i would say: they do love dogs!. The neighborhood where the hotel is located: the appearance is not very good, with many poor houses around. Nothing that could be noted happened during my stay though.
