  Our stay at the Ipanema Plaza was excellent. When we arrived tired (without luggage, lost by the airline) we were offered a room already at 0600 although we hadn't expected to check-in until 1400. Staff at reception was efficient and spoke good english, cleaning was very good and the breakfast was delicious. There is a wide variety of food at breakfast. As for dinner, you can either have buffet or ala carte. Again, there is very good selection of food.
