  Excellent service, all of them wanted to help us; specially the people in the restaurant where very gentile. The room was clean and cozy, modern television and free wi-fi. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very famous Liberdade suburb, and few minutes far from downtown by the very modern metro. So close to the main Avenue Paulista but hardly any noise heard in the hotel from passing traffic or people. Felt very safe there.
