  Very clean and organized. Staff extremely helpful and kind! Front desk people spoke perfect English. Tours and directions readily available. Also a great location!! I would enthusiastically recommend this hostel!

  For me this was a unique experience. Loved the 'totally tropical' vibe. Room 6 was a wonderfully large, airy, comfortable space in which to relax and recharge after hectic days in downtown Rio.   I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening.   The hostel was in a place near to a main street, we arrived at night with the taxi and feel safety, but I don't know how long you can go out there nearby, because we didn't do it. We rented a douple room, it was very clean und the space was okay. 8Min. To walk you can take a metro, where you can go to ipanema and copacabana in 10min..
