  All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel.   The staff were absolutely wonderful in every way. They arranged safe storage of documents in the hotel safe even though it was not a usual service. The house keeping staff are fastidiously clean. The porter in particular was a gem. He walked me to a laundry some distance away and arranged laundry as I do not speak Portuguese well.
