Located 150 metres from Zeppelin Old Bar, Favela Chic Hostel offers a barbecue facility, a DVD and book library and its own lively travellers bar. Tickets and tour information are available from the 24-hour front desk. With rustic materials, recycled objects and cloured art work, the hostel features a Favela inspired design. All dormitories contain bunk beds and a shared bathroom and are equipped with a fan. A la carte breakfast can be enjoyed in the breakfast room daily. It includes fruits, breads, cold meats, as well as a selection of hot options and drinks. Foz do Iguaçu International Airport is 13 km away and Iguaçu Waterfalls are 15 km away. Guests can take a bus to the waterfalls and to Iguaçu Bird Park from a bus stop located just metres away.

The hosting team is extremelly helpful and will do anything to make you have a nice stay. I felt like in any other hostel around the world: young people, from all over the world, searching for bugdet accomodations, toguether with new friends and a lot of fun. The location is perfect to get by the city, the hostel "events" on the lounge/bar will provide you new friends. I had the van which made the rest of the residence very jealous and must say its one of the best places I have spent the night. Very friendly and helpful staff with a good social bar area and one of the best burgers I have ever tasted a real stomach filler after a long day sightseeing.
