The hospitality of staff was so kind. We adored Ambra who took great care of us. She served our welcome drink and breakfast on rooftop terrace, and took the time to talk to us about life for the locals in Mostar. Villa Hum is a new hotel that offers clean and comfortable rooms (with AC) that are an excellent value. It's in a good location near the Franciscan church, though can be a bit tricky to get to by car due to the one way street. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend, especially for budget conscious travelers. -

The hotel has an extremely warm staff who are there to help with any matter. definitely one feels like at home in this hotel especially in the morning when homemade breakfast is prepared. also the hotel is very very clean and one can feel the nice smell in the all of hotel premises.
As my family and I travel often to Mostar, this hotel will be, from now on, our second home :)
