  It's amazing value in generally overpriced Santa Cruz where most places are totally run down and old. This hotel is brand new with great appliances, silent and modern a/c and most importantly high quality orthopaedic mattresses you usually find in hotels like Westin or Hilton. Management is always accommodating and trying to go towards guests needs, attitude extremely rare in this country. 11/10 - this place roc - This is one of the best options in Santa cruz and one of the best areas to stay. Apartmentsa are very spacious,comfortable and have everything you need. The supermarket is just one block.Staff is nice and helpful.There is also a taxi always near the place,though it is a bit overpriced,it is much safer than to take a taxi in the street. The best apartment is on the last floor with a huge terrace and awesome view.
