  Tania was extraordinary friendly and personally, the information she had provided as a reminder as well as the helpful "where to eat, where to go" where just perfect. The rooms are very stylish, also the bathrooms. For me: 11/10, just wow. - Clean, tidy, quiet room. Incredibly friendly and helpful owner. Easy parking in front of hotel, and 2 minutes' walk from Sint-Niklaas main square, with pubs and restaurants.

  The staff are excellent. Ask them about the local parking under the Grote Markt. Brilliant! The location was perfect for us to get to Bornem for the Dodentocht (Death March). The rooms are very good value for money, clean, airy, great shower, amazing beds, fresh towels daily, church bells ringing, air con, lots to see, great local bars and cafes a... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nd very, very secure. Station not too far either. Perfect all round. - Evening staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in rooms really helped with hot nights. Very close to good carparking. Excellent breakfast spread and worth the 14€. Thought it was expensive but was well worth it.
