  Wow, what a great surprise. I had seen the photos, and knew that there were spa facilities, but I had not anticipated the size and scope of them. I was quite impressed, and took full advantage of most of the complex. The breakfast was outstanding, and I ate to my heart's content. My daughter was travelling with me as I had to have a heart procedure at the hospital, and they made her feel very safe and secure, as it was the first time staying in a hotel on her own. The room was spacious and the addition of a working living flame fire made it very cosy.

  The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible.   Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.
