  Stunning - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the firstto the last, the welcome was warm and the service friendly andefficient. Nothing was too much trouble. We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!!   Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful. ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » NB We chose this hotel because we have had previous excellent experience with NH hotels in Spain. - I always stay at this hotel when I attend a conference at the RAI and it is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.
