  The location was superb - in the heart of Antwerp's lovely old town. The hotel itself was beautiful - lots of interesting and quirky features. Our room - up three flights of steep stairs - but worth it, was large and comfortable and had a fantastic view over the city's rooftops towards the cathedral. We loved it.   The location was great, very close to the station. It was generally clean and tidy and the rooms were large enough. I arranged a group booking for 15 and they accommodated us all with no fuss. Most importantly, the hotel staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better service.
