  I think fantastic is an understatement. The warm welcome by Chrissy, the fantastic food made by Bart and the way they treat people is amazing. This place is so worth going to ! The room we got was big, neat, clean and above all very very cosy with a beautiful view and all we needed was there. From a basilique in a little village in France to the Castle of Bouillon. Du cerf - Everything. Bart is an amazing chef. The food was probably the best we had in 3 weeks of touring Holland, Belgium,Germany and France! The facility is impeccable and the location outside Bouillon was perfect. The countryside is beautiful and so is Hostellerie du Cerf.

  We spent 1 night in Hotel Duc de Bouillon, which is combined with a lovely Italian restaurant (breakfast is served there). The room was cosy and clean, breakfast was also OK. Hotel is located in the heart of Bouillon which is a relatively small town. No private parking, but you can easily find a parking place in the neighbourhood for free.
