Hotel Giorgi completely surprised my friend and I. It's very welcoming and neatly presented from the exterior. The staff are always smiling and ever so friendly. The room we had was a cute double story loft setup, with more than enough room and both up and downstairs for our own space. It was the perfect setting considering the location of Belgian countryside. I would love to stay again. Hotel was excellent right in the center a few steps from the main square. Good sized room, clean, self service breakfast continental type, reception not manned 24x7 video link so when you are wandering around someone arrives, kinda weird big brother thing. Off street covered parking right across the street, come and go as you please with code.

We had a very nice one night stay - great location for the sights of Bastogne, as well as restaurants and shopping. Great price too. Fantastic hosted by the owner. Very good service in the hotel and restaurant. Very good restaurant, with good prices, and fantastic cute and nice employees, Food for both youngsters an adults. We can highly recomend this hotel:-). Brilliant location, 10 feet from the main square. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Really lovely rooms, all nicely furnished. Was able to use the hotel garage to park our two motorbikes over night. Very Very Clean hotel the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and responsive , a good garage for our motorbikes ,a great place for the price you pay , I will use it again. Secure parking is available across the road at €5 per vehicle, great for the bikes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good quality hotel with a good breakfast. Helpful welcome in English and rapid secuing of bikes. Comfy and clean with all the useful facilities at a good price, close to the centre of Bastogne. We liked the fact that there was a second level/floor so the girls each had their own beds versus a pull out sofa bed which is rarely comfortable. The gentleman who greeted us and dealt with our booking was friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel was central and the breakfast satisfying. Good sized rooms in small hotel. Excellent base for touring Bastogne area. everything,very friendly staff owner.The location was excellent because the reason we were here was the history of the battle of the bulge. staff was pleasant and supported our late arrival with a smile. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cool and clean on a hot summer night. The hotel is located in the center of Bastogne. There are a lot of restaurants close by to enjoy the local atmosphere. The breakfasts were really good. The staff were always keen to help. The room was renovated, clean and comfortable. Great little hotel in the centre of bastogne. Easy parking and 1 min walk to some great bars and restaurants. Very comfortable room for a reasonable price. The Italian restaurant was very good and not expensive either. Good, central location in Bastogne but certainly not worth the money we paid for the room. Lots of local restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk. Free WiFi needs more access points, coverage spotty, of our 4 devices we were in different corners for reception. In summer - aircondition would be nice:-). the street noise if you have a front street room , but that's not the hotels fault, ask for a room at the rear. Cycling through Bastogne's main street on a busy afternoon. No air conditioning but once we opened up all the windows the place really did cool off which was nice since it was on the top floor and heat rises. N/a. On Main Street so can be noisy in the morning. nothing. Sometimes parking was not available. You had to park in a paid parking lot until a spot comes open along a busy road in front of the hotel. No air conditioning on hottest day of year:-(. The road outside was a bit noisy, but not excessively so. The wifi connection wouldn't work for our UK mobile phones, but did work with our tablets. Our room was in front of the street, but I sleep well... There isn't special price with Giorgi restorant; try to ask for half pension before. No air conditioning. Some confusion over the charges, my confirmation stated breakfast was included but the owner stated that it wasn't. It was resolved in my favour but there needs to be an amendment to the confirmation. Not an issue with the hotel but avoid the Chinese restaurant opposite, one of the worst meals I have had!!. No tea or coffee making facility in room, but were provided when asked for. Nothing at all!. LOTS of street noise if you have a room that faces the main street. Does not have a parking, small bedroom. When we arrived the front door was locked and no one in sight to help. After ringing the doorbell numerous times someone from the restaurant finally came to let us in. The Wi-Fi connection was terrible and basically didn't work for 90% of the time that we were in the hotel. We called someone and fix it and it worked for about 5 minutes and then it stopped again.
