Please note that Le Chalet de Montagne has no reception. You can collect your keys at the following address: Route de Rome 1, 6940 Rome (Durbuy). Please note that a refundable deposit of EUR 550 will be charged upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded following check-out after a deduction of the water, heating and electricity fees and providing no damages have been caused. Please note that water, heating and electricity fees are not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (See above).
