Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! The room and bathroom were very clean and it was great to have a mini fridge and air conditioning. The lobby and bar/seating areas were clean and spacious and the free drinks machine was a real bonus. No late night noise outside the hotel that other people reported. This is better than the Ibis at Brugge Centraal station.
