  I had made a few requests online when I booked the hotel, and I was so pleased to find them all fulfilled when we checked in. The front desk reception was very friendly and competent. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, quiet and clean!! - Room was new, clean and very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and very friendly.   There was so much to like about this hotel. It was in a peaceful location and looked stunning as we drove up. We were greated by the hotel manager who was super friendly and showed us around the hotel and to our room which was very comfortable and had all the usual facilities. The restaurant and b - The hotel was spotless and very tastefully decorated so that you appreciate the old chateau you are in but also enjoy the luxurious modern facilities and rooms. The new restaurant was beautiful and the chef and hotel manager went out of their way to give us a lovely and delicious dining experience - amazing food and great service. The location was lovely, set in the grounds of a golf course and the hotels public rooms make full use of views over the countryside.
