Rose at the front desk was personable and held a conversation with me and my family that made us feel welcome. Rose in the bar/restaurant also made us feel really welcome.   The facilities were okay, I can't complain at all because i got value for money. When We got there they were busy doing renovations etc, but that wasn't a bother whatsoever. I like the room, the air conditioning worked fine and it was very clean. Everything was in working order and I felt that the money I spent was well worth it.
