  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern. Parking on the street opens up about 5pm (workerbees parked there begin to head home about then), if you arrive before then, will need to pay for parking at hotel (9 euro) but very close and well worth it.   Price was very good. Room was clean and had big bathroom with shower cabin. In the room I had a large LCD (~36"). This hotel is in a quiet area on a secondary street. Because I did a late check-in and an early check-out I didn't have many opportunities to interact with the staff. - The staff members are very friendly and helpful.
