There are very few smoking hotels in Vienna. In Hotel Reither you can get smoking rooms, too (but see below

We arrived before check-in time and a receptionist was so kind that he allowed us to occupy a room in the morning. A room was spacious, comfortable, full-equipped with TV, private bathroom, minibar etc. A transport is well organised in Viena so we didn't have bigger issuses to reach a heart of the city easily and quickly. This is an apartment not a hotel room. The owner is extremely helpful, way beyond what was necessary. It was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days in Vienna. The neighborhood is residential and industrial, but was very quiet and secure. There´s free parking (try to get there early because after 6:00pm is harder to find space). There are some good restaurants close by, also supermarkets.
The metro station is some 15 minutes walking but there`s a tram station
