Neat and modern look of the room, cleanness, comfort
You have to walk 10m to a metro station, but that's not an issue at all.
I liked the interior design and location, also friendly atmosphere was a big plus

The location and the value was absolutely no doubt to argue with. Breakfast was great as well.
The shower machine was awful. 10secs ago the temperature of water was like the fire and later on it was like to take you to the South Pole! The air condition was not warm enough.

Good location - close to metro station, few minutes away from the downtown, secured underground garage, excellent value, comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels, always enough bath foam and hand soap in bathroom. We have stayed in the hotel for the second time in two years (both times in same room which was nice). Would stay again!
The room window on the outside was dirty or better to say not cleaned for some time. Sometimes the lobby can be crowded due to a large number of rooms. Lack of fridge in the room. WiFi works ok but not perfect. Nothing too serious or something that will interfere with your enjoyment in Wien or the hotel.
Everything was great. We were in six and we like it very much. Highly recommend staying.
it's close to city center and to the metro station. also the staff at the reception were pretty nice and helpful every time.
the rooms are smaller than i am used to in a 3 star hotel and don't have proper phonic isolation as was woken up in the middle of the night several times by some ladies that were talking normally (not shouting) in the next room.

Great location, near the u2/u4 Schottenring station. Clean large room. Lcd tv, heating, great bathroom and beds. Staff very kind and helped me in every request I had. Also there's a automatic seller for drinks, food and water in the Reception area. Very recommended. Ubicacion idonea para explorar la ciudad. Muy cerca de la estacion de U2/U4, Schottenring. Camara limpia y amplia, con LCD TV, calefaccion y buen bano y camas. La gente en la recepcion fue muy gentil y me ayudo en todo lo que necesitaba. Ademas hay un vendendor automatico de bebidas, agua y comida en recepcion. Muy recomendable.
Very comfortable hotel with good atmosphere and location, near to city centre (using local transport 3 minutes, if walking 15). We would recommend it to everyone, and will come back again.
Everithing.The girls from reception where very nice,close to the subway and also to spittaleu ride and park,it was clean,wharm.We had wi fi,and the hotel has also a kitchen for guests.
Great hotel with friendly staff!I Liked the location because the way to the centre was interesting,the metro station and the tram was really close to the hotel.The breakfast was quite satisfying and generally the place was really cozy!

All service is good.
It was quiet, clean, comfortable, a great location, and adding the breakfast was totally worth the price. The staff were generous with their care, going above and beyond just being professional and competent. It is close to a large and quiet park, too. If I come back to Vienna, I will probably stay there again.
The wifi was not strong enough to support a business conference call. That caused a problem. It was good enough for personal checking of email, etc. but you will need to make some other arrangements if you need to do complex business over the internet.

A little bit far from city center and metro. Wifi didn't working during our staying because of many people in the hotel used it. And staff couldn't do anything with it. Wifi is very poor

Breakfasts: filling and also very affordable Rooms: new, very clean, quite spacious (we stayed at a triple private room), and tastefully deigned. Value for money: as cheap as it was, they even had toilet amenities (shampoo/shower gel and hand soap). Location: some 7 mins walking to the nearest metro station/15 mins to the very city centre.

We were really amazed by this hotel. It has great design, cool stuff, it is very clean and cozy and close to the downtown. Next time in Wien we will stay here again.

The hotel was a good value. The staff was tremendously helpful. There is also a luggage room that you can keep your belongings in before checkin and after checkout free of charge. Also this hotel is very close to a U4 station, which can get you any where you need to go. Finally, our room was perfect for the two of us that were staying there. Overall a very comfortable stay.

For that money it is the best place in Wien. Shampoo, soap, towels are included. Good stuff, nice kitchen.
Very clean hotel and we got an amazing deal! 37.50€ for a double room with private bathroom. Very quiet and the staff was friendly. Seemed very new and had a nice lobby area.
It's a bit of a walk to the city center, but there is a metro stop about 5 minutes away. Can't complain too much because it was significantly cheaper to stay there than in the center.
Too stuffy in the rooms - needs better ventilation. Couldn't even open the window. More English channels on TV would be nice ( aside from BBC) for when you come back in after a long day sightseeing and want to relax.

Meininger Hotel Wien Downtown Franz has a good location. Not far from center of city. Very nice and helpfull staff. Clear and modern room. You can buy a lot of snack in the lobby.

Room was spacious & spotless. Girls on the front desk were excellent. Every thing worked well.
When you arrive you fell strange because there is a reception/bar. However the staff is very helpfull and polite and the rooms comfortable and clean. There is a 24 hour internet cafe in the lobby and if you are hungry there is a list of meals to order

In this hotel was everything what we needed to make our trip easier and less stressful (wifi, luggage room, kitchen, cafe). Hotel is situated very close to the metro.
Nice, budget-friendly place, not far from the City center. Cute room, free Wi-Fi. It is prearranged for young people - the furniture is minimalist, but in perfect condition. The place is little bit noisy at reception area, but rooms are quiet. The toilet and bathroom were very clean. Rich buffet breakfast is extra 5.9 EUR "all you can eat". Personnel are nice and helpful. Very good value for money.
Hard to find parking place.
The hotel is well located, the center is only 10 minutes by walk, the neighborhood is nice. The staff is brilliant - helpful, kind, patient and they are always smiling. The rooms are simple, but comfortable, clean and cozy. The prices are more than friendly - especially in Wien.
Overall it's a wonderful hotel but if I should mention something that could be developed it would be the breakfast. We missed foods like egg, scrambled eggs, weenie or wurst.

- Very clean hotel with nice modern design - Good location, 5 min walk to next U-Bahn Station but you can also walk to Stephansdom in 20 min
- We had a room at the 7th floor which is a mansard room and you can not open the windows there (although there is a pic on their website with open mansard window) so no fresh air in the room
