The place is great. Near a tram stop with a supermarket in front of the building. The land owner is really nice, explains about the city and gives good tips for the days. The apartment is reformed and everything in the kitchen is brand new.
The building was being restored, so the halls were dirty. The shower was kind of broken, with not so much water flow.
