great location. kitchen has everything one might need for cooking. we had a 1 year old child and it was very convenient to go for sightseeing in the morning and drop in around lunchtime. Just dont forget to let them know your exact check-in time in advance, because there is no reception.

You could not get a better location over the road from the opera house and 5 minutes from st stephens cathedral. Location, location, location.

It is central.Location is fantastic. Girl who came to give the keys, very nice and kind. Clean apartment. Check-out at 10, I asked to stay 2 hours more, and the reply was positive and very kind.
Recommend, we will come back.

Air con needs fixing. The apartment si quite hot and stuffy.
water drainage in bath has some problem and table in room is too small. parking place is far.
Lack of a table for e.g. having breakfast.
If you don't have telephone (with emails) with you, you will miss important message. Such as : you must tell at what time you arrive because nobody will be there. And the adress on letsbookhotel.com ans on the confirmation email is not the goog one. This is not a negative input, is a suggestion.
Would be nice to have more pictures on the wall.
A bedside rug.

Duvet cover with the size of a double bed.
No reception desk. No bathroom amenities. Prepare for "show" from the big screen of Oper at night time, could be sort of noise for someone trying to get some sleep.
