  This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna; convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the corner and a bakery near-by also. The security and gates are excellent and an elevator is an added plus. - Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us.

  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  I was there during Sibos exhibition , the arrangement was perfect ( Transportation , information , End day party ,.....tec) . Hotel is so clean ,it location is very near to vienna city center , only tow station by under ground , Close to nesteroyplatca station .
