  Room was really nice, we were at the end of the corridor which meant more light due to extra window and beautiful views over mountains.   This is a wonderful hotel, first impression was - oh no, it looks so commercialised - but was I wrong. Reception staff, fantastic, obliging, efficient, professional. We were upgraded to a suite in the adjoining building - our room (315) although a bit outdated (Bathroom!!) was still lovely. It is like a winter palace and I was the princess! So romantic and beatiful. Everything about this hotel is amazing. It is like its mission is being perfect. The spa is so beautiful and fun. The close by SKI resort is a bonus ( if you take ski lessons there ask in advance for HANNA to be your teacher). And the food is like a gorme restaurant with the 6 dishes dinner.
