  In a nutshell, fantastic and highly recommended! It is a lovely family-run hotel. I loved everything about Hotel Gletscherblick. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. On arrival I was picked up (for free) from the train station. I got a free room upgrade too which was very nice.   Excellent staff attentiveness. Looks like it was built yesterday as to the cleaniless and overall appearance. Tricky to find, but not difficult with GPS. Added plus was two passes with stay to enjoy nearby lifts and payment of toll road over the pass.   Room was really nice, we were at the end of the corridor which meant more light due to extra window and beautiful views over mountains.   This is a wonderful hotel, first impression was - oh no, it looks so commercialised - but was I wrong. Reception staff, fantastic, obliging, efficient, professional. We were upgraded to a suite in the adjoining building - our room (315) although a bit outdated (Bathroom!!) was still lovely. It is like a winter palace and I was the princess! So romantic and beatiful. Everything about this hotel is amazing. It is like its mission is being perfect. The spa is so beautiful and fun. The close by SKI resort is a bonus ( if you take ski lessons there ask in advance for HANNA to be your teacher). And the food is like a gorme restaurant with the 6 dishes dinner.
