The hotel was great both the location and the staff. I have enjoyed staying at this hotel, though most of the time I was away for sightseeing. The staff are very helpful and friendly (you just feel as you are a member of them. The great location also gives a plus to the hotel (as it is very close to Zell am see the town) and you are in the country

Very comfortable and well-appointed hotel. The bar was super convenient, as you could serve yourself anytime day or night. Nice spa facilities and cute little kids playroom. Lots of little extras like dvd rentals, option for a massage. Could walk right to the ski lift. Would definitely stay here again!

A very frendly atmosphere and excellent service included. Some things were above my expectations like the guided tour of the ski area included in the price. Dinner with "meet the chefs" in the kitchen was a very nice novelty to me. -
The hotel staff is very guest friendly and professional. On a check-out day we were even allowed to use hotel's wellness facilities in the afternoon, which we appreciated a lot after a full day of skiing. Thank you for a nice stay!
