  We had booked the appartement which was excellent. Spacious and very well appointed. Also booked one single room within hotel. That room was described as cold but otherwise ok.

Mrs.Dorli Falkner is very friendly and nice hostess: She keeps a very nice house with garden,near a river ; with attractive view to the mountains of Tirol & Otztal.
