The newly built Appartementhaus Bergresidenz enjoys a mountainside location on the edge of Obertauern. It offers spacious apartments, free Wi-Fi and free underground parking. All Bergresidenz apartments have balconies providing panoramic mountain views. They feature separate living rooms with an additional sofa bed and modern kitchenettes including a dishwasher. All apartment are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. Towels, linen and maid service every second day are included in all rates. On Sundays you can take part in the Tauernrunde ski tour around Obertauern together with the ski instructor free of charge. Transfers to the ski school in Obertauern are also included in the rates. The Königsalm à-la-carte restaurant is only a 3-minute walk away.

large open living room plenty of room for our group (of 8) we had one issue , the water heater didn't work, after calling the receptionist it was fixed in 15 minutes. about 2 minute walk to the lift but you can ski back to the door.
