  Firstly excellent location - Walk able distance to all key visitor sites in Vienna Hotel itself is different starting from reception area to rooms. A good new and different feel to the place. Room was great with a vivid art work on the bedside wall of a circus :) something different than normal. Together with the quirky furniture which included some of his equipment too, not to forget the full length picture windows looking over the Museum District, the room couldn't be bettered!!

  Great hotel, quiet, nice view, friendly but not overwhelming staff. One night we asked for some ice from the bar and the bartender working gave us an entire cup full.   We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-) The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. - Staff is amazing - one of the most pleasant people I met.   Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia??
