  Great hotel, quiet, nice view, friendly but not overwhelming staff. One night we asked for some ice from the bar and the bartender working gave us an entire cup full.   Firstly excellent location - Walk able distance to all key visitor sites in Vienna Hotel itself is different starting from reception area to rooms. A good new and different feel to the place. Room was great with a vivid art work on the bedside wall of a circus :) something different than normal. Together with the quirky furniture which included some of his equipment too, not to forget the full length picture windows looking over the Museum District, the room couldn't be bettered!!

  I liked the interior of the hotel and room decoration. The room is large and bright, each decorated in its own style (judging by the inscriptions on the front doors). Breakfast, though more expensive than in other places, but for my taste was great. Huge selection of cheeses, delicious pastries. So, I do not feel sorry for the money spent. Also It very close to the U- - We were close to the purple line underground and we were to a walking distance of Stephanplatz. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of fruits, good variety of cold meat, cheese, vegetables, jams. Excellent coffees. They would prepare eggs the way you wanted them. They had Viennese pastries, yogurt, juices etc..... The personnel were always smiling and helping you with any request. We asked that they booked restaurants on 2 occasions and we really enjoyed their pick. We would definetely return

  My husband and I stayed in the Godel room. The room was extremely large, and nicely furnished. It was ideal for us, as we were traveling with our infant daughter; she would fall asleep in the bed and we could grab a drink in the kitchen or on the balcony. Very quiet location, there was really no sound at all to bother us. We decided to give bb Rosalinde a try because it was so highly rated. We found that even with all grains of salt it was oustanding and flawless and matched exactly its description. Toughest thing is to get vacancy there. If we have the choice, we will never stay anywhere else when in Vienna. But Rosalinde has limited capacity and seems to be booked most of the time. Shows that high value for money pays off.
