  From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Location was walking distance to everything. The hotel was so good, we stayed an extra night. Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. My daughter, two teenaged grandsons, and I felt welcome and quite at home during out stay. Johannes gave us our choice of family rooms and arranged for the wonderful Bob's Tours (ask for Peter to be your guide);Lalith and Alberto were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the neighborhood ambience with an easy walk to the old town center. Like most Europe
