  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.   This hotel stands in an excellent location. We highly recommentd this hotel for those wishing to stay in a central location in Salzburg. The staff, facilities and cleanliness were excellent and we shall certainly recommend this hotel to friends.
