Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.   We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev). b) A room was quite spacious and clean. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.

  This is a charming place to stay when visiting Vienna. It is located near to the underground (Rochusgasse) and near to center of town (2 stops). The room I had (nr 14) was spacious with terrace , sofas, a separate dressing, bathroom and separate WC. There was no noice at night as the room was in the back of the building. I certainly will return her on my next trip to Vienna as it had all the qualities you ap - Although I hoped it would be a good place, I never expected it would be so good. My room was very clean and spacious room with everything important at hand. Breakfast was very nice, accompnied by Strauss recording, with a pleasntly moderate choice of food, not too much and everything was very fresh. I liked it a lot and would recommend tha place to everybody.
