  The hotel was great both the location and the staff. I have enjoyed staying at this hotel, though most of the time I was away for sightseeing. The staff are very helpful and friendly (you just feel as you are a member of them.   I loved every moment of the 2 weeks I stayed there. Stunning location - we had a balcony with the most amazing mountain views. So close to the ski bus stop which was a pleasure. Also had a fantastic breakfast each morning with a view of the Castle. Comfortable and clean room stocked with all you need for self catering.   Loved everything. Wish we were still there. The apartment was beautifully decorated. perhaps, not so much the bedroom, which did not have much storage space. The restaurant was lovely and the staff friendly. Thanks for a wonderful 5 days. - Well equipped, new, spacious, clean and comfortable. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)

  Good location near Burg Kaprun and ski bus stop. Big, bright, clean apartment with very comfortable kitchen and a balcony in every room. Very friendly and helpfull staff. - the view of the balcony was great and unforgettable. Good place for relaxation. if i come to kaprun again i will stay on the same apartment.
