  This is my third time in this hotel and it will never be the last. Very amazing hotel and its obvious from the rating (9.7 from 312 reviewers).In my opinion this is unfair, this hotel should get 10 simply because this hotel deserve to get 100 not even 10; very clean, near to the attractions, advanced technology are used, free mini bar, nice view f... mitä ihmiset sanovat » rom the balconies (river side), nice facilities (not in the hotel however you can get free access from the hotel to the Kaprun Spa (very nice place an - This has got to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and the price belies the facilities they offer. Andreas and his wife (and of course the softest "guard" dog you will ever meet, Nellie) are very friendly as are all the staff there, and the hotel is run so efficiently but in a relaxed and friendly way. Our room was amazing, the shower is fantastic, a huge balcony (which due to the weather we unfortunately could not make use of) and the free coffee and soft drinks is a realy bonus.

I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)

  I loved every moment of the 2 weeks I stayed there. Stunning location - we had a balcony with the most amazing mountain views. So close to the ski bus stop which was a pleasure. Also had a fantastic breakfast each morning with a view of the Castle. Comfortable and clean room stocked with all you need for self catering. Our cleaner not only changed the towels but even did the dishes! The hotel has a very welcoming feeling and has everything you need. Big rooms great views and excellent service.
