Everything! Bridgette was very friendly and made us feel like one of the family immediately... the room was very, very nice..mini kitchen, very neat, clean, efficient, beautiful view of the mountains...it was raining the next morning and we had inside access to the upstairs for breakfast, the breakfast was wonderful...will definitely go back and would not stay anywhere else...dinner at the hotel across the street was fabulous!

Arriving at the Berwald I was met by the charming and welcoming hostess Katharina. I had a choice of two rooms which were both very comfortable. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, well furnished and with mindblowing views of the Alpbach area. Breakfast was excellent. Katharina and her family willingly attend to your every wish to ensure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons. We didn't want to leave, but we shall be back next summer.

hotel- this is not true. I asked everywhere and only found one hotel in
the village who would let us use their sauna for a fee and it was not
very near and they didnt allow children. -
Room were spacious and exceptionally clean. Towels changed daily without being asked.

Good sized and very clean and modern triple room, varied eating options and menu, excellent breakfast room. Very attentive waitresses. Lively bar area, but not intrusive on the quiet in the rest of the accommodation.

Location is good- easily accesible from highway and also good public transport access, quite close to Innsbruck. Very clean, spacious, big apartment. The bedrooms had attached toilets, kitchen was well equipped and there was wifi . Nothing to complain, would definitely go back to this place when I visit Tyrol next time -

Excellent location with easy access to surrounding areas by train and
bus. Innsbruck only 1/2 hour by train and bus 20 minutes. Cheap
transport and buses free in the Alpbach area. Restaurants lovely in
the village. More suitable for couples rather than children. Lovely
and quiet.

The hostess was a very lovely lady. She was open and nice to the guests. She helped me to understand a normal Austrian farmer was making a living because I was always very curious about this. The guesshouse was wonderul and in a good location to view the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It was a wonderful experience staying in this guesshouse and talking with the lovely hostess. My highest recommendation to this family hotel.
