Concierge/porter staff outside were so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Would recommend Jupiters to anyone for the friendly staff alone, even without the other benefits.   The staff were extremely friendly and happy to give me a room with a city view after already allocating our room. The view was magical and the location was central.   We stayed here for two nights and got a special for the room, it had a great room with foxstar, we loved it. The bed was wonderful we hardly got out, room service was although a little on the pricey side AMAZING it's in a great area, close to everything. Great quality food presented well. Easy, no fuss breakfast. Will choose to stay at Rydges next time.

  I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.
