The cleanliness and quality of the fittings is equal to the best I have seen in hotels/motels in Australia. I have recommended the establishment to all my family and some friends already.

  Love the warm welcome even before we checked in with the details and recommendation sent to my email weeks before my arrival to facilitate our planning. Vinnie the farmer is very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like VIP during the stay. He even accommodated my request for late check out as we wanted to do the mass feeding in the morning before checking o - We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Cottage no.7, which is a 3 bedroom superior cottage. Vinnie is great with the kids, my elder son whom is 3 years old loves him. As with Sydneyresident, we experienced the power failure which affected the whole town and a few towns over. Vinnie brought around the portable generator so that we could have a quick shower and head out for activites. There's plenty to do around the area and all within 30min -90mins drive.

They purpose-built their building in a beautiful neighborhood close to the freeway making it easier to get around the Perth area.
