  Fantastic, value for money. There were two of us. My friend was visiting from the UK. The villa had a great layout with the bedrooms at one end which we assume was the same with the adjoining villa. We loved the grounds and space between the villas, providing privacy, peace and quiet. We had a delightful meal at Spinnakers. The young gir - The villas are very clean and comfortable - we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bath exec villa and they are surrounded by lovely gardens with grassed areas big enough to play ball, running races etc for the kids. Lots of lovely paths to explore and the kids loved riding their bikes around the streets of the resort. We played tennis on the courts and played in the playground, even had the bouncy castle up!   I found the location very good, its away from the night life on James street, so the noise is less noisy on the weekends!, i actually extended my stay until the 2nd July. The staff were very nice everyone and very helpful :) I would say this is probably the most cleanest and safest backpacking hostel in Perth! Our room was clean & comfortable with plenty of space to place our suitcases and hang our clothes. Loved how we could use the fridge - not compete with hotel sale items.   Reasonable value for money but very basic accommodation and is actually run by the property next door. It has no reception area at all and is very empty kind of like a ghost town but the facilities are quite good. The pool area is great and the kids playground is great for families.   The motel suited our needs very well as we were mainly in Kalgoorlie to be with our family who were staying at Rydges. Very very clean with all the facilities you would need for a short stay (or even long one)- mini stove, huge fridge, even little biscuits and nice coffee. If you can, walk to Emu point to see the pelicans wait for the fishermen to return. Quiet place too which we liked.
