  I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

Cannot fault our stay and have and will continue to recommend to family & friends without hesitation. - The hospitality and friendliness of management. They were available and met our every need. They responded to our requests promptly. Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

There was a wedding that day and it was very busy (also preparing for mothers day high tea)yet the staff had plenty of time for us. Will definitely come again - One small thing.   After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

She not only accommodated all of our needs but went above and beyond the call of duty & helped make our experience at Quest very memorable!   Amazing location, luxurious rooms especially the beds and the bathrooms, balcony and windows you can actually open to stand on the balcony and look over the city. Staff were fabulous and staying at The Westin was so wonderful I didn't want to leave - ever. - The location and helpfulness of the staff were fabulous.
