I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham
down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. I liked: Pure white

The whole experience was very good and all the reception and dining room
staff were excellent, and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free wifi a
definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

Very small but well equipped room with microwave, tv, fridge, toilet, shower, aircon, ironing board, place to put clothes, toaster and kettle.
Did lack a dining table.
I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.
Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect.
The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

We arrived after 8pm at night and were given a warm welcome by Andrew who was also very helpful. The twin beds were super comfortable and we loved the new bathroom. -

The garden setting of the motel is stunning and sold it to us in the
photos when we booked. It is very reasonably priced. Not a fancy
motel, but very neat and clean with tea and coffee making facilities-
perhaps should show that on the website photos. Friendly helpful
staff. Asthma friendly- they agreed to clean the room without
chemicals prior to our visit.

We were t sure what to expect because the price was so good but we found Very friendly staff and fabulous price. Facilities are older but have been well kept. This motel was perfectly clean! We were afraid of street noise from Nepean Hwy but they have walls and plantings to block noise pollution and we slept better than we do at in Richmond! -

The only thing is with these items in the room you do need some crockery & cutlery. Maybe this could be handed to guests on arrival then handed back on departure if stealing is a problem. The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

The Clean, Crisp Fresh look of the room, with the choice of extra pillows and blankets, The Beds were comfy and clean.... I liked how there is a Kettle, toaster and some supplies, and if u stay more than 1 night you do receive more tea bags & coffee, fresh towels if needed, the Staff are More than HAPPY To HELP, this was our 2nd Stay here and we will be returning again very soon :)

I have stayed at the Crest many, many times previously while studying at Swinburne University - a 5 minute drive from the Crest. Staff are always friendly and helpful, resturant meals.breakfast etc. very filling with a good variety and chef's will make to order. Very close to public transport including buses and Trams into the city and St. Kilda.
