  My favourite hostel where I always stay in Sydney, probably stayed there for 2 months in total. Location is perfect, staff is friendly, rooms are good and clean in general. Scary Canary is downstares and that is one awesome bar! Always make some great friends when staying at X Base! - Base Sydney is the best! I went to this backpackers twice.   I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was luxurious and very classy for what I paid (35% discount). The room was amazing with an awesome view of the harbor. It felt sooo relaxing and clean and modern. I loved the bed and linen. The shower and toilet was clean with luxurious soft towels.   We had a spa room because we had our 6mth old baby so the kitchenette with microwave & bath was a necessity. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome.   Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. - We have used this chain before and as usual we were not disappointed. They are always clean, well positioned and have excellent staff.

  I had spent three days hiking so was looking for a hotel room with a spa bath. The Heritage Hotel room was perfect. The spa filled fairly quickly, there was plenty of hot water and the jets were strong. The towels were large and very soft. The motel room was spacious with a dining setting and microwave as well.   I liked that the Metropole is in the middle of town and is close to the railway station for those without a car. I liked the historic building with its lovely old, but well maintained structures, including the walkway from the back carpark to reception. Hotel was old school setting as well as modern which was great. I will be staying again later this year and will recommend this hotel to everyone going to the blue mountains.

  The location couldn't be better, in front of central station, very close to the bus to Bondi beach, very close to the free bus to Quay.... Loved the roof top and the possibility to make there a lot of friends and the constant friendly environment.... Loved the fact the hostel provides all kind of information to tourists and help in everything and ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » specially loved the thematic nights the hostel organises, with movie night and also hotdog or burgher night where we can eat very cheap and all togeth - The staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful and the location is ideal being close to Central Station and all forms of public transport to get around easily. We also found that the guests there were great too, they all seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All up a really good place place to stay and would definitely book with them again. :)
