Accommodation was value for money as I have a limited budget when travelling for business. Staff were very good and provided an upgrade when original room had some issues. Upgraded room was great, very comfortable and I would stay again in future.

Fantastic spot, close to everything, 2min walk to shopping centre. Ideal location for a wedding. We planned to stay one night and extended to two. Nice BBQ area next to swimming pool. The staff are very friendly, the rooms large and well appointed, the restaurant very good and the grounds very well kept. Obviously a well managed property. We had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Room was alovely and clean (even the fans) There was plenty of coffee & Tea. The were dog friendly in certain rooms and even heated up our little dogs dinner. They were helpful when my husband had car trouble after not missing a beat for 4 hours driving. (we were moving) everything was perfect.

The friendly welcome when we arrived. The quality of the meals in the Restaurant. Although it is on the Highway, we did not hear any traffic. The Manager was very efficient controlling a group of teenagers, who were staying with their parents and who were running around at 10.00pm disturbing the guests. -

Excellent place to stay when in Sydney. The apartment was wonderful with
an excellent view of Sydney from the 63rd floor. Facilities in the
apartment was complete. Location is strategic, near bus stops and within
walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I
had stayed in a few countries, this was the best so far. In fact next
year we plan to stay here again when Airasia x has its special fare to
Australia again.

I liked the ground floor gardens and plants. A credit to the owner who I spoke to.
I also enjoyed the breakfasts and it was of very high standard. The motel is an older one which was built in 1985. However the room was lovely and comfortable and the bed was excellent. All in all I was most pleased. Thank you. -

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we
had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags
I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling
clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also
use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated
being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

Loved everything about my stay. Reception staff was so helpful and friendly. We only planned to stay for 1 night but ended up 3 nights and it was awesome. Just a quick walk to William Street where shopping and eating hub is and Metro movies are 10 min walk. Couldn't ask for a better location with all the facilities and services.
