Management were excellent, extremely helpful, the room was excellent, the nice touch of plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses was really appreciated as well, Extremely clean, fresh towels daily, secure, free WiFi, free daily Sydney paper, I could go on and on. Will stay again. We were on. one night stay over, so didn't have much experience, but were made welcome by friendly reception staff, room was very clean with easy access from the car park, we had a small balcony which had a good sea view. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

The Buffet brekie menu was acceptable, the location was ideal it allowed us to walk into town, and fantastic views from our room. The staff member on arrival was very helpful, polite and accommodating. Location and Ocean view. Staff friendly. Free but limited laundry facility (only one washer and drier) and some guest left washing in after completion, making it difficult for others to use. Loved being so close to the beach and the view was amazing first thing in the morning. Breakfast was delicious. We were within easy walking distance to our favourite restaurants and cafes. The facilities in the rooms were exelent &the staff were very helpfull this is our second stay at the hw boutique we loved it and will be staying there on all our future visits. The locality to everything, we could walk to town and access walks. The view was superb and the noise levels were low even though it was on the corner of the main beach road. The view was magnificent. the Breakfast was the best we have had in a long time and have stayed at a few Hotels around Australia in the past year as we have family all over. The location and view is second to none. Centrally located, nice tea and coffee facilities plus biscuits provided with lovely views from breakfast room. Staff very friendly. Fantastic sea view room. There should have been a microwave, toaster and breakfast plates in cupboards as you would expect cost to cover these simple items. The Bed was only a Double. Room 305 spoiled our last night by having a 4am fight that woke up all in the complex?. Nothing, very happy with stay. No lifts. No issues. Nothing comes to mind. Not being able to use Spa, when I booked a Spa suite. Blinds not working properly, just require a little maintenance thats all. It's not that I didn't like something however having a 2 month old baby with portable cot, nappy bags our luggage etc, there were a lot of stairs (we were put on the top floor). Next time I would ask for a ground floor room. More information needed re local amenities such as shops and restuarants. Room looked a little tired but not a problem. I couldn't fault anything about my stay at Quality Inn HW Boutique...excellent in all aspects. Carpet appeared to require a clean in some parts or worn. Noisy neighbours. No negatives really , although had to park in the street as car park full. no lift for the elderly. The WiFi dropped out all the time and would only allow one device on per room. Friday night was a tad loud with the locals outside. but they cleared out before it was too late. Bit pricey all the same - but would certainly stay again... The steps. Not enough parking available, as promised . Wifi only available for one device, no lift, lack of privacy no curtains only roller blinds.
