  My partner and I came for our anniversary and had a booking at ur restaurant and I had to go pick up my son at the last minute, 10 mins to before our booking actually and when we explained our circumstances ur staff were sooo wonderful and accommodating and allowed us to rebook for later however when we finally got back and we ordered but my son s... mitä ihmiset sanovat » oooo exhausted from an emotional day ur staff kindly and wonderfully packed up our dinner and sent it up stairs to our room, we were so grateful that - The short answer is ... everything. The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out. The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean. The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff. Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

  My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. It was a very relaxing environment around the pool area, with a full service bar and light food choices for a quick bite. Other dining options in the Crown Complex provided a heap of options - we went to Rockpool (recommend: book in advance) and what a spectacular dinner we had. It also gave - The refurbishments are spectacular. Having stayed many times as the old burswood it made a refreshing change to walk into a room that has been updated and to a very high standard. Not being a lover of casinos, I was very impressed and did have a little flutter
